Reservations

Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you.  Please make reservations in advance to ensure availability by calling us at: 716.433.0086. A credit card is required to confirm reservation, however payment is not taken until time of service. If you are paying with a gift card, please bring it with you. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please call our spa.

Cancelations

Please be aware of our cancellation policy. All cancellations must be communicated directly to the Spa Concierge. Insufficient notices are subject to charges up to full service value. Cancellation window: 24-hours for single services | 48-hours for multiple services | 72-hours for group bookings or spa parties | All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services.

Arrival

In order to receive the full spa experience, it is best that you arrive on time as we will be unable to extend your service time.  We will hold your appointment for 10 minutes, after which, we may give it away.  You are still obligated to pay for the original service and time scheduled.

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express & Care Credit Interest Free Financing.

  • ReJuvenere Medical Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, without a refund, for inappropriate actions or use of language.

  • We ask that you keep your conversation volume low and refrain from the use of cell phones while at ReJuvenere Medical Spa so you and others can enjoy a peaceful experience.

  • Although we love children, please do not bring them with you unless they are receiving treatments at the spa and are accompanied by an adult at the treatments.

Gratuity

Spa personnel appreciate gratuity.  For your convenience gratuity envelopes are located at the front reception desk.  The industry average ranges from 18-20% of the service fees.  We are happy to accept cash or it can be added to your credit card.  Thank you!
